Using Loral
Loral provides General English and DSE English practice. Practice requires a valid account. Google, Apple and email are alternative sign-in methods where available. Protect your account details and access or manage only accounts you are authorised to use.
Practice and feedback
Speech recognition and AI feedback can be wrong. Results are learning references, not official exam grades, school assessments or a guarantee of improvement. Review available recordings and recognised text, and check with a teacher when needed.
Information you submit
Submit only recordings and content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate others, abuse the service or upload other people’s private information. Loral handles submitted content as described in the privacy policy to provide the practice and storage features you choose.
Records and service availability
Treat a record as saved to your account only after the screen confirms saving. Unfinished practice, temporary results and expired recordings may not be recoverable. Features and capacity may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider availability or usage limits.

Contact the Loral support email below for account, sign-in, data access or deletion enquiries. Younger users can ask a parent or guardian for help.
